Kayne personally installed some of the very first vinyl fences that were manufactured in the early 1980's, and was one of the first vinyl fence dealers in the country.

Galvanized steel inserts in ALL gate posts give the gate hinges and latch more than just vinyl to grip. Filling ALL posts (they're hollow, you know) to grade, keeps the post from filling with water and freezing, which causes severe problems. Notching not only the rail ends, but every other picket top, helps support the entire section, and minimizes or eliminates sagging from post to post.
